Great location. Lovely homely and comfortable feel. Loved the garden.

The villa has a beautiful garden around, with palm and orange trees. Rooms are very confortable and the host was very nice and supportive. The place itself is very quiet and close to Trapezaki and Kanali beaches. It is very easy to go in almost any direction in South, East or West of Kafalonia, if you have a car.

Excellent views in lovely rural location. Very peaceful, spacious accommodation. Very friendly and helpful host. Fresh towels etc changed regularly. Parking space outside the property. Easy walk to two restaurants.

Shower facilities were ok, but it was a hand held shower within a plastic curtain, so not the easiest to use, but being a bit fussy perhaps. Also this was our first visit to the island, so not sure what general standards are. If I were being hyper critical, I would suggest perhaps the kitchen and implements might benefit from a modest refresh eg the kettle lid had been damaged then repaired. But overall this is a nice place to be. My personal view is that if you're staying here for more than a couple of days, a car is highly desirable, perhaps especially if you're not that young. The walk to the beach is quite hilly. There is a supermarket within walking distance, but other shops are up quite a steep hill.

Just what we wanted, somewhere quiet and close to a beach. Spotlessly clean apartment and a beautiful garden. Roula was a very helpful and kind host😁.

Everything was just perfect. The host, Mrs Stavroula has been so kind, she would fulfill any request of ours, she offered us twice tasty fruits of her garden and before our departure she gave us souvenir book markers. The location is comfortable, close to markets and restaurants and the room spacious and clean, the bed linen smelled so good! The balcony has a very beautiful view of the big garden and the sea in the horizon. Our stay was so peaceful. Very good value for money. We strongly recommend Anastasis Studios! We will miss everything.
