Location wise is good. Everything was perfect until something happened when I early checked out.

The staff on evening shift. I early checked out. I gave the key @9PM. While waiting for my boyfriend, I asked the staff if everything is good. He said "ok". When my bf arrived the staff just took photos of me and my bf without permission, we went to the car and he was still taking photos still as if we did something wrong. He respectfully told the receptionist to stop taking photos because it makes us uncomfortable but he continued. For some reason I don't know why. We were talking to him and he just turn his back on us. We just left the hotel with big disappointments. I emailed the hotel to check this but no reply until now.

room was nice and big and poolside too only a 2 min walk to the beach

bed wasn’t very comfy not terrible but not great, the gym is actually 3k away not at hotel

The hotel asked us to pay cash for the room when we checked in and then had the cheek to charge my card for the room as well.

The room was clean staff was great nice walk to the ocean or hung out at the pool also very clean

I don’t know my trip was a great adventure my girl friend is Thai she had sightseeing trips lunches everything very exciting I couldn’t be happier

the room wasn’t very clean, mosquitoes and cockroaches in the room. bed was very very hard and not comfortable at all. toilet seat was broken.

The hotel was nice and clean. Just 3 min walk from the beautiful and clean Naiyang beach and next to the National Park. There is a market within walking distance from the hotel 3 days/week. And 7 11 just next door. (which was closed because of Covid but there was a family mart no far from the hotel). The hotel is 5 min drive from the airport. You can get the public bus (30 baht) and just walk for 10-15 min to the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and gave me a ride to the airport to catch my early flight. Overall everything was nice

Pool was closed because of the COVID, but it not hotel's fault.
