The staff were all really lovely, especially to our little boy. The pool was great, the rooms were comfortable and the food was good. Location was great as not far from the airport, shops and beach.
Pool open maybe an hour later

Great location, very close to the beach and into a not-so-noisy neighbourhood. Staff was very polite and did a great job. Selection of food was satisfactory, with plenty of choices all the times. Cleaning of rooms - performed each day.
Maybe it's time to invest a bit into renewing/refreshing the rooms (doors, bathroom, etc) as - even with no complains in terms of functionality - it looks like a couple of years passed by since the last major renewal project.

Close tontje beach amd the airport, very friemdly staff Fay was great.
The noise of the air conditioning from the neighbours was on our wall and made a terrible noise, noise from a club in the vicinity, breakfast was very low quality, drink very low quality, the hot tub on the balcon was etreemely dirty, the bath window could not close, it is a very old 4staars hotel not very welll taken care; the swimming pool looked very dirty and old.
