Location perfect to train. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Beds clean and comfortable. Good size room. Doors secured to gain entry. Sauna and jacuzzi nice. Towel warmer was nice.
Had little kitchenette but no supplies. No towels in spa area so had to use the one towel from room then now shower towel is soaking wet. Big corner bathtub but no shower curtain so water went all over.

Close to train station.
Bit basic with tea coffee and milk.

Very well located facing the train station. Some good restaurants nearby. They have a good breakfast, spacious rooms.

The property was good
The staff were very rude. Kept us waiting in preference for later arrivals and 3 days later I am still waiting on a refund of the deposit.
We asked them to check the room and release the deposit before we left. They assured us that it had been done but it is still showing on my card.
