1. Nice location - ada kedai makan kat bawah, speedmart dan KK 24hours 2. Free Parking - Parking di basement, selamat 3. Toilet - Bersih 4. Katil - Selesa, lembut 5. Checkin/out - Easy & Fast due to no other guest

1. TV ada 1 channel je, TV1. Kalau kedekut channel sgt atleast bagi la TV3. TV1 banyak dokumentari je. Taktik nak jimat elektrik ke? 1 malam bukan under rm80 taw, 2malam aku bayar RM200++ so takdelah hotel bajet tersangat bajet kan? 2. 1st room (before pindah 2nd room), water heater leaking. 3. Pemanas air takde, mineral water takde, yg ada cuma 2 cawan kosong dan 1 jug kosong. (hotel under rm80 1night pun boleh provide haha) but still ok. no 4. Ada kronologi ye, sebab kenapa penginapan ini mengecewakan hehe. Saya datang menginap di U-Pac all the way from Genting Highland, honeymoon 5h4m. Exhausted gila, so nak extend lagi 2malam tujuan utk berehat sahaja (no jalan-jalan). Tapi petang selepas checkin tu keluar la pergi TS skejap beli barang. Balik bilik around 9pm. Rehat di bilik tak sampai 1jam tiba2 bilik blackout. Staff situ cakap taktahu kenapa another staff bagi kami bilik yg kami duduk tu sbb bilik tu mmg problem so cut it short, kitorang tukar bilik dalam 10pm tu dengan penat tak hilang lagi. That staff just left the card to access to another room lepastu tak nampak dah batang hidung haha. ok yg new room tu yang problem, SANGAT PROBLEM. 2ND ROOM PROBLEM 1. Kami alih sikit katil sebab nak sediakan ruangan solat, terkejut bawah katil penuh dgn plastik roti yg dah terbukak (picture provided), dan ada 1 plastik roti yg dalamnya masih berisi. Ya Allah time nak kutip sendiri tu meremang rasa, takut2 ada lipas keluar 2. Karpet di lantai sticky, jadi kami terpaksa ambil tuala hotel lapik lantai (tbh husband smpai rasa was2 nak solat di bilik tu jadi kami tak solat dalam bilik) 3. Malam pertama tu terpaksa jugak tidur dgn keadaan bilik mcm tu sbb terlampau penat dan staff ade inform ini satu2 nya bilik yg tinggal! Bangun esok paginya tekak sakit, sebab ada bau2 hancing (maybe lantai yg sticky tu?) menangis weh. Solution nya kami bakar candle yg wangi tu, terus takde bau hancing tu Rasa mcm tengah checkin hotel murah yg sediakan servis s*x sbb bau hancing tu huhu

The hotel is budget level and basic however it is clean and comfortable. There is a 7 Eleven store next door which is very convenient and a laundromat a further 3 doors down. There are any number of street food vendors close nearby. The hotel staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Pudu is an older but interesting area with quite a few Kopitiams and a busy wetmarket all within about a kilometre walk of the hotel. There is a bus stop about 80 metres from the hotel and train stations at Pudu or Chan Sow Lin but these are both about 1.5 kilometres away.

I stayed at this hotel around 5 years ago and while it is still good value for money, and still comfortable enough it is starting to look a bit tired and a little scruffy compared to what it was when I first stayed there. What has improved is the amount and variety of local food vendors.

Friendly staff. But if you want to explain something to your customer, please don't too fast😅. Overall okay.

Location, easy access basement parking

No water bottles provided which is unacceptable. Room wasn't like in pictures. Looks old.

This hotel room is just "ok" for work travel or event attendence maximum one day. Staff were available and answered the phone. Mattress and sheet were clean. .

. Near by hotel was quite dark and no restaurants or groceries were seen. Moreover, in the lobby, I wanted to pay using QR code. However, The QR code is not working. "So why QR was there". Only card is avaliable there and no any other method. Do not expect other thing rather than sleeping on bed and using bathroom.The room was small. There was no tiusse, boiler, tea bags, or coffee as any small hotel provide as main necessities in a hotel room. Minral water also was not provided and staff told I may fill an empty bottle from the dispenser outside the room in the corridor. However, when I wanted to fill the my bottel at night I was looking for the dispenser all over my floor I found nothing. I drank my juice instead. The drain bibe of the sink in the bathroom was lacking heavely when I first used it. The air is not entering the room because no window neither in the room nor bathroom so you can smell a musty smell.
