Turquoise Hotel

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and felt genuinely welcome and comfortable from the very first moment. The hospitality and level of service were truly outstanding. A very special thank you goes to Mahmut from the service team, who took excellent care of us during both lunch and dinner. It was always a pleasure to see him, whether in the afternoon or in the evening. He was consistently incredibly friendly, attentive, warm, and professional. He always made sure that everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. You can immediately tell that he genuinely cares about his guests and takes great pride in providing excellent service. Mahmut truly made our lunch and dinner experiences special every single day. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Bayram, who took amazing care of us throughout our stay. No matter what question or request we had, Bayram was always there for us. He took the time to answer all of our questions patiently, kindly, and professionally, and always made sure we felt comfortable and well looked after. Mahmut and Bayram are truly exceptional. Their kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made a huge difference to our holiday. People like them are what turn a good hotel stay into an unforgettable experience. A huge thank you to the entire hotel team, and especially to Mahmut and Bayram for their outstanding service and hospitality! Any hotel would be lucky to have such dedicated and wonderful people on their team.

The room was unfortunately a little different from what we had expected. There were also a few smaller issues that could definitely be improved. For example, the hairdryer did not stay properly in its holder, and there was quite an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet area. We were also told that we would have our own reserved sun loungers by the pool. Since there were two of us, we expected to have two loungers available. Unfortunately, we were only able to find one, and the lounger assigned to us was located quite far away. These points did not completely affect our overall positive experience, but we do feel that they are areas where some improvement would make the stay even better.

Прекрасный отель с свежей мебелью и сантехникой. Отличная внутренняя территория. Развлечения для детей. Аквапарк (простенький, но он есть), куча бассейнов. Разнообразное меню с большим выбором барбекю. Не разбавленный алкоголь, вкусные коктейли. Бармены знают много рецептов коктейлей вне меню. Рядом с отелем - прекрасный парк где здорово гулять с ребёнком с коляской. Там водятся черепахи и ящерицы, воздух просто сногсшибательный.

1)Уборщиков надо проссить убирать получше. И мотивировать их чаевыми. По умолчанию они убираются средненько. 2)Не хотели принимать купюры 500 евро при оплате отеля. Имейте это в виду. Долго спорили на ресепшен (других то не было купюр), в итоге со скрипом приняли. 3)Маловато живой музыки по вечерам в качестве развлечения. Но это конечно на любителя. Я люблю когда вечерком играют живые музыканты.

Our family loves the place - we’ve been there multiple times since the kids were small (the eldest is now 20) and will return again.

Mooi zwembad buiten, bedjes ruim opgesteld. Lekker aan de zee. Personeel heel vriendelijk. Buiten heel schoon. Mooie bomen bij entree.

De kamer kan echt niet met 5 sterren. We hadden een familiekamer met 2 slaapkamers in een bijgebouw. Zeer verouderd. Heel basic ingericht, echt geen enkele luxe. Douche vreselijk, koud-warm-koud, slap straaltje. Afvoer werkte niet goed. Water overal. Afzuiging werkt niet in badkamer. Geen make up spiegel. Te veel insecten, mierenprobleem, we moesten kamer wisselen. Lampen irritant, slecht te bedienen. Smerige zakken in de hallen (volgens mij waterstoppers). Geen licht in de hal of op de buitenpaden. Dan de gym. Veel te klein voor zo'n groot hotel. Super verouderd. Pilates les was de slechtste die ik ooit heb gehad. Ja en dan het eten. Sorry, maar heb in tijden niet zo slecht gegeten. Ik zag gewoon op tegen het diner. Smaakloos, echt slechte kwaliteit ingrediënten, gewoon goedkoop voedsel. Alles smaakt hetzelfde. A la carte restaurants, daar betaal je p.p. nog 15-18 euro voor. Bougainvillea hat gewoon zelfde eten als buffet. Asia was wel ok. Italia was dicht. Het spijt me, maar echt zeker geen aanrader.
