Not the best sound-proofing Shower took 5 mins to heat up and weak pressure No ironing board (only an iron) There were no normal tea bags at breakfast - only herbal ones. When I asked for some i was told there weren't any left. I had to go to Lidl and buy my own tea bags and milk. I took my own tea bags down each morning. I think having tea bags is a minimum requirement for a hotel serving breakfast. A kettle in room would have been helpful

Die Lage ist für einen Ausflug in die Innenstadt zu Fuß sehr praktisch. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse in Ordnung.

Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können. An unseren Handtüchern waren fremde Haare. Für uns ein Grund nicht wieder zu kommen. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und Ausstattung entsprechend abgewohnt.

Good location, pleasant staff, very clean, breakfast was pretty decent and included fresh fruit - not just apples and oranges, but also nectarines and kiwis, towels were large and dried well, it's possible to leave luggage there before check in, there's a fitness room and solarium terrace, the place smells nice (because of fragrance diffusers everywhere).

Room was cramped, almost nowhere to put clothes (a few hangers but no shelves). Bathroom was small, no counter space to put anything and the shower was tiny; there was no room to move around. There was no hot water; I had a lukewarm shower. The pillows were flat as pancakes and there was only 1 each. It was like not having any pillow at all. There were inconsistencies between what it said on the website and reality: 1) frigo bar in the room (there was none); 2) check-in from 11am (check-in was from 2pm. I later discovered elsewhere on the website it indicated a 2pm check in...so 2 different check in times on the website); 3) reception open from 8am to 8pm (reception was only open until 2pm, although they did say they could be reached by phone any time).

Location is good, close to old town

The receptionist turned on loud disco music on Sunday from 8.30 in the morning onwards. When I came to complain to her about this music, about 9.30, she said "I need to wake up". When I told her that my room was directly above the lobby, she said "Exactly. But it's good for you, you will wake up early as well and won't be late". This is an absolutely unacceptable behavior for a hotel receptionist. In addition, she told me to get out of the room at 10 am. While on Booking checkout is 11, and upon checkin I was told 10.30. When confronted with this evidence, she said "Booking is wrong". Checkout at 10 would be too early anyway. Also, I booked a room with 2 single beds and they confirmed this in writing before checkin. Still, they gave me a room with one double bed. My friend did not come for last minute problems but otherwise a double bed would have been an issue. The breakfast is scarce. Even basic black tea bags were not available.
