A beautiful Property with fabulous food located in a magical part of Sardinia
It would’ve been useful to have a fridge in the room.

Our stay at Guthiddai was without doubt the highlight of our trip to Sardinia. The location is stunning and the backdrop is spectacular, with the cliffs glowing red in the evening as the sun sets. The entire lodge is beautifully kept, and the rooms are lovely - we stayed in two different rooms during our stay as we decided to extend our say, given how much we were enjoying staying there. Our hosts Antonella and Marcello were fantastic as were all the staff and they made us feel very welcome throughout. The food was delicious, both the breakfast buffet (we were spoilt for choice) and the evening meal which was served outdoors - delicious food with a beautiful backdrop. The location was perfect as we had hired a car, so close to many interesting places such as Orgosolo, Oliena and the spectacular Orosei coastline where some of the most well known and beautiful beaches are located.

Being the first and only guests of the season (early Easter) one might expect a low level of service, but that was NOT what we experienced ! Antonella (host) was very hospitable and made us feel totally at home. She also arranged a superb dinner with their local, high quality produce (made with love and skill by Roberto - chef) and shared family stories as background.

the hosts are very supportive; the house is very clean, not far away from attractions and beaches. very comfy beds, delicious breakfast buffet; we took dinner wi regional delicacies at their own restaurant which was excellent. Don’t miss their own house red!

Great rooms, amazing staff at dinner!
The dinner offered is overpriced (35 EU for non expensive Sardinian food excluded drinks, but very tasty). The calculation of the total costs did not go smoothly, so we recommend checking your receipts!

The bed was very comfy and the room nice. The breakfast was good and especially Valentina was really helpful and told us about the history of the Agritourismo. The area and surroundings are breathtaking.
They had problems with the A/C although they tried to fix the problem as quick as possible. We had communication problems during booking with the staff. The prices for extras (lunch package, laundry, wine...) were not indicated and rather pricy which was better communicated in other Agritourismo.

It was very original experience, homemade products were tasty and local stuff explained us everything with nice smile. If somebody wants to experience a bit of real Sardinia far away from beaches full of tourists, I can only recommend this place :-)
You can not expect cheap prices, but it worth it.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! We ended up having multiple unexpected snafus with our trip (flat tire and back spasms) and Valentina and the whole staff helped us with everything. The location is magical and the food is great. Would love to come back!!!

Dinner was really good. Pretty views, grounds were well maintained and beautiful. Antonella was helpful arranging bookings and very friendly!
Breakfast was only okay relative to other places we stayed. Basic meats and cheeses with the option to boil your own eggs. Additionally, breakfast was not included.

The location, the hospitality and the food was absolutely amazing. We came at the very end of the season and it was without a doubt the highlight of our road trip in Sardinia. Antonella is such a professional host and we felt instantly connected with her and Guthiddai. We looked so forward to our cosy dinners in the evenings, always with something delicious to try out. My favorite dish was the parmigiana with the aubergines from the garden and tasting the local kaki fruit! Valentina the sweet waitress there also made us feel very welcome. The food was without a doubt the best and most genuine we had on our trip.
The WiFi was a bit slow inside the room, but it helped us to disconnect better and to rest so in a way it was also a good thing ;)

Loved the terrace with the room. The common outdoor areas were lovely and relaxing.
The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent but portions were small for the price.

The authenticity of Sardinia lies on this stay. The landscape is inspiring. The closeness between the restaurant and the farm, all ingredients fresh of the Agriturismo, it’s something that your most refined taste can not miss.
The rooms for three persons should have more space.

Beautiful place, great views, very friendly staff, great dinners, also for vegetarians. We felt very welcome with our two year old daughter. Got good beach recommendation and they lent us a beach umbrella.

Optional dinner is tasty and full of local produce but main meat course, on both occasions, although delicious, has been smaller than one would have expected in the course of the meal.

Beautiful and proper place, surrounded by mountains and vineyards. Good location, many (tough) hiking options nearby. Dinner is good, we were able to serve our own wine, bought from local winemakers in the region.

Very friendly athmosphere and and beautiful rural setting. They were also very kind in accomodating our dietary requirements, since we are vegan and vegetarian.
