No breakfast availability at this hotel at the time of this stay.

We felt the price of the room was very reasonable- It was cheaper here than a lot of hostels. Daily free water was provided if you got your room cleaned and the mini bar prices were reasonable. The room itself was nice and included a TV with some English channels. Nice big window too. The location was also excellent, with it being a quiet area but a short walk from the main road and Dragon Bridge. The city view we had was also great. There are also some QR codes you can scan at reception for recommendations of restaurants etc. in the area!

They did try to overcharge us for our minibar usage but because we kept track, we realised and told them and it was sorted out swiftly. Don’t hold it against the place at all though, mistakes happen and it was only by 10k dong! Just make sure you’re keeping track. Other than that, no real issues :)

I booked this place for my short vacation. And it is absolutely outstanding, much much better than we expected. The location is so convenient to the city center, also to the airport, with many CVS and delicious local foods surrounded. The room very comfy and staff helful. Especially, this hotel very very cheap. what's more you can ask for ? :)))

Large windows in room - could see the Han River bridge swinging at 11pm on Sunday. Excellently located between the bridges of interest, My Khe beach, the central Hai Chau district (restaurants/local eats), and of course the airport! All this nearby and yet is tucked away in a very quaint neighbourhood within easy walking distance of a well stocked convenience store and also a larger shopping mall. The windows are great at blocking out sound from the street below (6th floor room), so it is quiet at night time.

Walls rather thin so can easily hear bathroom and general noise from the other neighbouring rooms (same floor or floor above), as well as from the corridor.

Nice room in a good location. Staff was helpful.

- Super cheap deal with the location, we wouldn't go this cheap next time lol. - Staff is trying her best to communicate, also kind enough to lend us the umbrella to Bana Hills.

- We booked Bana Hills day tour through hotel and ended up stuck there in the rain and got high fever after we came back. Later, we were told by another traveller that their agent told not to go on that day because of the weather, which made us feel disappointed the lack of empathy from our hotel. - Also, rooftop bar is still closed, which is different from the information advertised in their fb page. - We stayed 3 nights but only got hot shower on the first day (not even when i shower at 11pm).

nice hotel with a lovely owner! he helped us with organising a transfer to Hoi An and was caring all the time! Room were super clean and nice. Highly recommended!!!
