Good and helpful staff, good locations and good value for money. The room is spacious and clean.
We had just visited in hot summer days,. What we felt an issue is that we were given a thick feather and down duvet, for sleep. We turned down the air conditioner temperature to 20 degrees, which is the lowest, but we still sweated . A poor sleep! We asked for a thin blanket, suitable for summer use, but they have none.
Another thing is that they put visitor’s baggage in the public space of the reception hall without proper checking.

Very comfortable and clean hotel with excellent service. Rooms are big enough and three people sleep there at ease. Very clean and close to the metro.
The location is not exactly prime tourist location since this is a business district but public transport and Grab made moving around the city very easy. Breakfast is what you can expect in many Asian hotels.

Breakfast had a good variety of food available. The washing machine and free washing liquid was fantastic, especially given the hot climate in Taipei. Close to public transport and the staff were very helpful.

I’ve stayed at The K several times and my favorite things are big rooms, great location and proximity to public transportation.
Bed could have been upgraded to something more comfortable like memory foam

This is a great place to stay in Taipei. Location, bed, bathroom… everything is just on top. But I want to mention especially the staff work: they were so great and helpful, really made me travel much easier. Many thanks

It was a lovely hotel with a decent buffet breakfast. One of the front desk attendants was very kind when I needed something from a shop next door, and went there with me to act as translator. I wish I recalled his name his was very kind. you can walk to the Raohe St Night Market that has a couple of Michelin mentioned food stalls. I tried them both and they were only ok
I was upset I was not given an hour or two extended time that I needed for checkout -I was told I would need to pay for half a day to checkout late at 1 pm. The hotel was not fully booked and I have never been denied at least an hour later checkout. The area is "ok"..nothing fancy but I felt safe at all times

wish to highlight on non visible cleanliness , I am suffering from bed bugs bites. initially was thinking of some insect bite until verified by the doctor when I arrived at my hometown.it happened to my daughter who was sleeping with me on the same bed and also my sister in law who was in room 1101.

The tall lady and the gentleman receptionists who can understand English , were very helpful while other receptionists can only say "no" in accordance to the established rules. These negative receptionists can not understand English, completely lack of service mind. The floor male cleaner is exceptionally cheerful and service mind.
Room rate did nit include room cleaning which if request has to pay TWD 375? This is not in accordance to international standard. Receptionists lack of English skill and had no service mind with the exception of two good Receptionists as mentioned above. These two helped saved the corporate image.

The hotel location was convenient to go to Taipei city centre. My room was clean and spacious enough. All staff are generally kind and helpful. Breakfast is pretty diverse and decent.
No small mirror on a desk in my room. The entire hotel’s temperature is so cold. I eventually needed to control an air conditioner in my room. Most breakfast options are based on Asian food. I was okay with that because I’m Asian. But I thought that other people from western countries might want to eat cereal, cheese, oatmeal or yogurt for their breakfast.

The buffer breakfast was excellent and waitresses are friendly and the dinnin room was clean. The staff was friendly, the locaton was good

The room is spacious compared to other accommodations in Taipei. Good enough sound insulation and clean. Free laundry service is an added bonus. Breakfast has a good variety and changes each day. Close to amenities and easy access to public transport.

The location was great, close to everything. So many good restaurants at walking distance. Ivy at the hotel reception was one of the main reason why my stay was amazing!

Fantastic clean, wonderful service and everyone so helpful.
We loved everything. The breakfast could definitely be better, very local, but nothing to complain about.

- Clean and comfortable; beds were very comfortable
- Very quiet, good noise insulation from the street
- Breakfast was great; lots of variety and fresh food
- Location was pretty good; airport bus stopped very close-by, close to 2 MRT stations & easy to take buses
- Liked the tree-lined main room in front of hotel
- I saw a little dirt in the shower door. It's probably hard to clean that bit and the bathroom was very clean and modern but it stood out.

Amazing breakfast, a very comfortable bed, great location close to MRT. Lovely staff. The suite is really spacious. We also didn't hear any noise from the streets.
