I always stay in this hotel when visiting Pattaya. It is in a quiet location but easy to reach the nightlife with the baht buses which run every couple of minutes and charge a fixed price 10 baht [about 24p] to anywhere in town. There are many restaurants within a ten minute walking distance some of which have live bands. There is also a quiet beach about 30 mins away

This Hotel has had its "Hay" day..probably was one of the original big hotels back in the 80's but now its dated... It needs a revamp to bring it in line with the newer modern hotels.

very aged property but tidy very poor hot water pressure no coffee making bar the kettle Air conditioner smells of smoke no in room safe poor water pressure in sink the bed mattress was rock hard like a board pillows were old and sad lumpy but it was a budget stay

This hotel is in a great location, and very good value for money. This was our fifth stay and still enjoyed it. It’s in a quieter area, but only 5 mins walk to main areas. There are plenty of bars and restaurants just outside the hotel. If you re thinking of Pattaya it’s well worth a look if you re on a budget.

This is a lovely budget hotel. I stayed there over 20 years ago and came back because I liked it for the money. The hotel is situated just off of the main road in a quiet location and within a 5 minute walk there are plenty of bars and restaurants. There were no breakfasts available at the hotel owing to Covid but that was no problem. We found one bar that did breakfasts nearby for £5 for a traditional full breakfast including juice and tea/coffee. The hotel is situated 15mins from Terminal 21 and the baht buses that do a circular trip around Pattaya for 10bht a trip and run approximately every 2 mins.

There is nothing they can do better. They really looked after me and liked a laugh and joke
