Near a train station, moderate walk to Shinagawa Station. Decent amount of room
No elevator. Basic dated room. Has a kitchen, sink and stove, but no pots or utensils. Heavy comforter on bed, and no sheet, hard to get a comfortable temperature for sleep.

We arrived the hotel after 11pm passed front service hour but the staff still there to check us in. Felt very warmth after long flight. The room is very compact with amazing storage design and we even had microwave in the room for us. Things would not get messy in a small room. Really love it! Location wise is perfect with immediate access to Kitashinagawa station and a 12 minutes walk to Shinagawa station, in a very quiet neighborhood.

We stayed here overnight after flying into the airport, with plans to take a morning train to Kyoto. It was conveniently located to the train/metro station. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable

It was close to the station and very simple, what you'd expect. It had everything you needed for a quick stay. It's close to a family mart and supermarket which made it really convenient. The shower water pressure was nice actually but the shower head was broken so water kept spraying from the other side. Not a big deal though actually.
The room is old and even though it was a non smoking room, it definitely had the leftover smell of someone who had smoked before. The AC was super loud
