Narbona Wine Lodge

Needless to say, it is a rural location with beautiful scenery and landscapes. Our room was very clean and neatly maintained for the most part. Bed and mattress were very comfortable, WiFi connection was good enough for Netflix streaming and the occasional needed access. The food deserves an honorable mention: it was simply top-notch starting with the breakfast and to top it off there's a five-course wine experience which is a little bit pricey but totally worth it. All of these would be impossible without the awesome staff. You guys rock!

The only stain on the overall experience was that we had a leaking roof on the bathroom. During one of the nights, there was a heavy rain and we had the bathroom partly flooded. In all fairness, if there hadn´t been such a heavy rain maybe it would have gone unnoticed.

The space, staff very communicative, attentive, providing insights about the wine world, just living in a bodega is an experience.

Nothing I could remember

A atenção dos funcionários é impecável. Fomos muito bem recebidos. O interior do quarto é maravilhoso, muito confortável. Sem contar nas camas que estavam muito cheirosas e o café da manhã formidável. Voltaremos mais vezes!

Externamente precisaria de uma reforma, mas acho que tem a ver com a proposta do local… Manter as instalações como antes. Tem cara mesmo de uma fazenda velha. Apesar de ser na beira da BR, não percebemos barulho ou movimentação que tenha nos incomodado.

Kitchen. Excellent food.

I stayed in a suite overlooking the vineyard. Washroom definitely needs renovation. Uncomfortable shower space, dark. Room is moldy around windows.... gym: looks like equipment was placed and then totally forgotten..... stationary bike does not work, treadmill band slides upon use..... towels just piled up on top of a massage table that looks has not been used in some time.... Need a PhD to figure out how tv works....
