We had a great experience during our stay in Rome. The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the city, and the self check-in process was easy and worked very well. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the property after check-out, which was very convenient and allowed us to enjoy our last hours in Rome without having to carry our bags around. Everything went smoothly and we felt very well taken care of.

Nothing to say against the place

The location was very good. It was about 5 minutes walk from Termini Train Station. There was a grocer down the road, and restaurants were within walking distance. The staff were very polite and helpful.

It needed some time to understand how you will get the hot water in the shower cubical. But we asked the staff and they guided us accordingly.

No kettle, no iron, no tea/coffee, no mini bar as stated, the shower spurts in your face, toilet runs, they don't give you fresh towels each day (every second day)- I'd you want another fresh towel they make you pay for it. The service is not super friendly. The receptionist kept calling me "lady" in a condescending tone for simple requests. She is also very loud talking on the phone in conversations which seemed to be of a personal nature. Otherwise it is good for what you pay for. Location is great! I will be paying a little extra for another hotel next time at a place whose shower is a little nicer.
