Its in a safe area and closer to the beach

The location is perfect. A 10 min walk to downtown and far enough away to not hear all the music and partying in Montañita.

Despite having nice comfortable rooms, the fact that the ceilings are thatched, any noise from neighbouring rooms can be heard as if they were in your room. I was constantly interrupted throughout the night by the neighbours talking. They were probably unaware that they cold be heard by everyone. Sadly, it made it nearly impossible to relax or sleep until everyone on the floor was asleep. Earplugs are highly recommended if staying there, but they didn't help much.

Spacious, clean room with sea view. Nice hot shower, A/C works. close to beach. Good spot for watch sunset.

Jacuzzi can't heat or bubble, it's just a tiny pool with cold water. It's a little far from town center.

The location is very nice, about 10 min walk to the centre so its peace And silence here but 10 min walk on beach And u have the main streets. And the view from here IS very bueno.

For surfers its a great location, close to the surf spot and you can watch the waves from the hotel.
