The views at this hotel are exceptional! It is at the top of a hill so our taxi had to drop us at the bottom and we got a tuktuk to the hotel but that was no problem at all and worth it for the amazing views. The staff at the hotel are wonderful and very attentive. As we were staying for 3 nights we got a complimentary meal which was lovely and in a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were very clean and spacious and they offer a turn down service in the evening. We really didn’t want to leave and The Pinnacle was our favourite hotel throughout our holiday in Sri Lanka. Thank you so much🫶🏻

Stunning location, massive rooms, the srilankan breakfast and the pool were absolute highlights and it was so close to Ella town.
Some Staff came across as a little rude sometimes, we were a younger couple, they appeared to not think that we should be staying there despite taking our money. However after a conversation several staff members went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
