The view was all that could be offered by this guesthouse. Maybe also the proximity to one sightseeing spot (Castillo Sant Elmo). But other than those, there's nothing else.

1. The instructions to reach the guesthouse are very vague. If you have booked this place already, make sure you get the specific instructions before coming and make sure it's daylight so you can find it. Also, don't plan on booking if you have luggage with you unless you wanna go up and down 500 steps of stairs with your suitcase. You've been warned. 2. The "breakfast" is almost nothing. Coffee and some packaged toast/croissant that runs out because all guests are free to take however much they want. 3. Our room (private room for 2 with bathroom) had sooo many problems. It was too cold, no heating. The window doesn't close so the cold draft comes in making the room even colder. The bathroom tiles had lots of molds and mildew. While you lay in bed, you will feel the hard springs pushing up your back. And the towels and linens all smell terribly.

The heating place was covered and there was no lighter to make it work, so we could not have any hot drink except for espresso from the coffee machine. There was some mold on the ceiling in the kitchen. The bathroom was really cold since there is no heating except the air conditioning that is not doing much of work as a heater.

This place is incredible. It's clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The thing that really sets this place apart from others though is the view. It's 10/10 and is worth staying for that alone. This combined with the super cheap price and the amazing host make this place the perfect choice for a low budget.

Woauw, what an amazing view over Naples, from the rooms and terras. Really cool. A big relaxed shared livingroom, with a big screen tv, lots of space and a kitchen . Don't expect a great breakfast but the supermarket (Carrefour) is not far away at the top. It's a little climb, and not a new building, but woauw what is the view at the terras and rooms beautifull. The staff is really great and will help you with anything. Thanx

The place with its majestic views was an amazing highlight of our trip. Worth every euro and every extra step made on those inconvenient stairs up or down hill to the acommodation. If you're not after only posh places (this one is a bit dated) and don't mind walking on your feet (there is no car/taxi access to the place) - views of Vesuvio or downtown Napoli out of your bedroom window or from the terrace will certainly make a good bonus to your trip.

Croisants (in the plastic packaging) for breakfast was a joke. No big deal though - we used to bring ours from the town.

The host was very helpful into finding the address and seemed very concerned if we had everything we need. The view is amazing and the house itself if beautiful.

As stated in previous reviews (which I didnt read) - there is no way a vechale can reach the guesthouse, so we had to carry our suitcases on a looot of stars and then the gueshouse has more stairs. Also another downside for me was we had no wifii in the room. Also quite noisy trough the night (closing the window did not help)

Everything was perfect. If you love walking and you're trying to be fit, this place would be perfect because is situated on top of the hills, at one of the highest points of the city. The view is breathtaking and the house is big and clean.
