Great location in Skopelos

It was sooo good, we’re thinking of coming back next year.

The water in the main bathroom would start to overflow and start to spread all over the ground.

The house itself was beautiful and the owner was really kind and helpful. great location too.

Garden house is the ideal solution to visit this great Island. The location is central, the house is cozy and clean with many open spaces when you can relax and enjoy your time. The staff is super helpful and welcoming 🙂

Generally I liked everything. The host was very hospitable and he has a good restaurant nearby. He gave us some small gifts. Everything in the property was very comfortable for us - a lot of space, big bathroom, nice yard with trees and other plants, nice view, not more than 7-8 minutes walk from the main street.

I wouldn't say there is something I didn't like. Maybe I have some small recommendations which summarize the negative comments from the other reviewers of this property. 1. The beds - they are a little bit hard - ok, maybe for other people they could be fine. 2. The air conditioner is in the corridor and I think it didn't cool up very well the bedrooms and the dining room but it was not a big problem for us at the period we were there because it was in June and not yet too hot. 3. The wi-fi could be improved - I think it is stable but slow. 4. During our 4-days stay I think the towels were not changed. Ok, I wouldn't complain too much for this because we could dry them in the sun. I don't know how it is for longer stays. Please, accept all above just as small remarks and advice for improvement, not something we did not like. For those who wouldn't like to climb uphill after heavy dinner - as you can probably see in the map, the property is 8-10 minutes walking distance from the main street with bars around the sea shore. The walking is uphill when you get back to the house but yet not too exhausting.

We liked everything and more. The house was perfectly clean, cozy and fantastic for a family stay! The bathroom was super large and had a very pretty view to the orange tree in the garden. The house was regularly cleaned and kept welcoming. It is located in the old town and this gives an opportunity for a nice walk to the port, but also is very quiet. There was a free parking nearby. The host is exceptional! He took care for all that we needed and gave us some special gifts :) 50 meters away is located a traditional family restaurant with the same owner. We had lovely dinners there. Can't wait to come back!

The property was clean and had everything you needed. Lovely little terrace with lime trees and tomatoes on the vine. It was a few minutes from anywhere in the town. The owners were very friendly - as were all the locals!

Parking was tricky. It was also a good year for the mosquitoes.
