Overall, it has everything you need.

It would be better to have basic necessities like salt, sugar, and trash bags available in the kitchen.

Apartment is very well designed, in terms of space and use of it. Good quality materials used in its completion. Enough kitchen appliances and cutlery. Location is very central in Mamaia. Parking on site. Good wifi signal.

Lack of cleanliness. Lots of dust. It was clear for me that no-one dusted under the living room sofa, as there was some money under it from previous guests. Only 2 shower towels, no hand towel. Some old t-shirt left in the bathroom cabinet. Also from previous guests. Not even a paper roll or napkins in the kitchen. Shower drain was almost completely blocked. Had to wait for 5 minutes to drain after a 5 minutes shower. In terms of safety hazard, it's totally against all regulations to have an unprotected power outlet 30 cm above bathroom sink. In conclusion, a very good built and equipped apartment, but poorly maintained. Being end of season is not an excuse.
