Hotel Alpha

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely family-run hotel. Fabian gave us a very warm welcome, and the entire family was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. They genuinely went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, with delicious food and a relaxed atmosphere. There is also safe parking available right outside, which was very convenient. One of the things we particularly liked was the location. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach, making it easy to enjoy the seaside while still having a peaceful place to return to. The area is quiet at night, so we were able to sleep comfortably and peacefully. A special mention goes to the lovely Filipino lady who looked after us during breakfast. She worked incredibly hard and was very attentive to our needs, always making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and felt very well looked after. The warmth and personal touch of this family-run hotel really made our stay special.

Everything was great overall. The only small area for improvement would be the cleaning, as there were a few hairs left on the floor after the floor was mopped. One day the bigger room was not cleaned due to not having the clean my room card hanged on the door. That said, the cleaner found my father’s misplaced bank cards and handed it to Fabian, who immediately contacted us and returned it. This honesty and care really stood out to us and gave us a great deal of trust in the people running the hotel. It was much appreciated.

Tolles großes Zimmer mit Meerblick, sehr sauber, Familiengeführt daher sehr freundlich, liebevoll und hilfsbereit! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The food was also really good, but what stood out the most was how kind and welcoming everyone was. They made our family feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived and really added to our stay.
