Comfortable apartment, parking outside, supermarket just downstairs, beach just 10 mins walk away. Good communications.
Would have scored a little bit higher if the wifi had been more reliable.
The only issue we had was that the wifi reception was a bit patchy in the apartment, but was good enough to stream Netflix in the living room.

the apartment was confortable, lots of space. it is close to the supermarket. bus stop to go to the city centre is 5mins walking from apartment.

I would recommend that place to everybody. The owner of the place is very nice and helpful. She was waiting for us and welcomed us very warm. The apartment was really clean and cosy, and there was everything we needed (e.g. iron or clothes dryer). It is not located in the strict city centre (in the quiet and safe district), and with Uber it took only around 10 min to get there.

The apartment is situated in lapad which is a very nice suburb of Dubrovnik. The apartment is is in a quiet area and he's well equipped. It has great air conditioning, and well equipped kitchen.
The apartment was a little short on on lounge furniture.

There was a beach within a 10 minute walk. There is a market right next door. Parking was convenient and easy to get in and out. The apartment was obviously older, but well maintained.
Nothing really. The only downside was that there was no balcony to put the drying rack on, so the clothes we washed took a long time to dry.

A very spacious flat, in fact a real home arranged for receiving tourists, rather than a usual hotel-like setup. Full cooking facilities for people who want to cook a meal, and a real dinner table for four. 100% clean. There is a convenient parking lot in front. Next door to a supermarket. Easy access to town, beach and promenade nearby. The landlady was a sweet and kind lady, and she replied in English even when addressed to in Croatian! :-)
