OZO Hotels Arena Amsterdam

The breakfast was good and varied, and there was no crowd in the morning. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is conveniently located near the arena, with some shopping opportunities nearby. There is also a metro station close to the hotel.

Based on the photos, I expected a little more. The room, and especially the bathtub, looked much nicer in the pictures than they actually were. The bathroom has probably seen better days and could use an update. The hotel corridors also felt somewhat worn and stuffy and would benefit from renovation. The hotel’s location may be a matter of personal preference. It is quite far from the city centre, around 20–30 minutes by taxi or metro.

Großes 4-Bett-Zimmer, gut für Gruppen geeignet, Lage danke Bahnverbindung (10 Minuten Fußweg) gut, Parkplatz vorhanden

Preis schon erhöht für die Lage

Rooms were clean and good value for money and the guy helped to get me booked in late at night due to another hotel selling my room.

What I didn’t like I spoke to a different guy on reception first who tried to charge me a further €170 which is unacceptable and trying to take advantage of my bad luck.
