Very nice place with a stunning view - Donau from our window. It is also not far to the city centre. We went by foot. You can also walk around the Fortress and make photos with nice views. Breakfast was very good, big variety of different food, helpful staff.

The hotel, located inside the castle built by the Habsburg emperor Leopold I, has a magnificent atmosphere. Both the rooms and the open buffet breakfast of this hotel, where you can see the superb view of the Danube and all of Novi Sad, were magnificent. Highly recommend.

Super location, friendly staff, great atmosphere, great value for money

I chose this hotel because of the Jacuzzi, for weekend with girlfriend. The jacuzzi was not working properly on the first day when I reported a problem I heard "it's a problem, maybe you have to add water" they make me stupid or what... and that's it ... next day the jacuzzi was completely down ... and again no reaction from staff. When I made an official complaint ( I maked Video what was wrong ) I was ignored !!!! so I payed for Apartment with Jakuzzi but I get simple room. so lose money for nothing !!! You Looking for nice hotel with Jacuzzi go to centrum to Hotel Park. ps fridge too was not working

it was nice to have drinks at night time by the edge of the castle's view

we didn't know beforehand that a music festival was being built up on the same property grounds, and there were some loud rehearsals going on past midnight which made it difficult to sleep. we were also told we would be given a view of the fortress from our window in the room, but the room's window was tiny and just reflected the parking area. although the location is great, be aware that the walk from the hotel to the city is quite long (because of the bridge) and you may need to take a taxi.
