The welcome from Mr. Mohamed Al-Maghribi was more than wonderful. He was extremely professional, friendly, and courteous. This hotel is very fortunate to have someone as wonderful as you on its team. I hope the hotel management continues to retain him and appreciate his efforts, as he truly excels in every aspect—from his warm welcome and prompt responsiveness to his attentiveness to guests and his refined manner of dealing with them. Quite honestly, having Mr. Mohamed Al-Maghribi as part of the team adds tremendous value to the hotel and makes the stay more comfortable and exceptional. My sincere thanks and appreciation to him, and to the hotel management for having such a wonderful person on their team.
