The villa was really clean and quite modern. Also the pool is big enough for a group out of 12 guys.
Some tiles of the pool are loose, so some people cut themselves on the sharp edges.

-The villa is very spacious! Very large bedrooms each with a private bathroom and air-conditioning.
-Amazing garden, outside premises to seat with family during evenings and during the day.
-The swimming pool is just perfect, always clean and also very spacious.
-We enjoyed going to Porec, Vrsar, Umag and Rovinj.
-Just perfect for family and friends

See above.
The living quarters and bedrooms were terrific, as was the pool. although there were some strange bits of bathroom design. The house was slightly remote but that wasn't a big problem since we had a rental car. The only real bugbear was the mosquitoes, who gave us hell, especially the first two nights.
Overall, a fantastic villa.
