Nice property, neighbor property was a bit loud two nights until very late! Was no fault of this property! We have stayed in this area a number of times, still our favorite area!

What a fantastic location! Right across from the beach and plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Our suite was sparkling clean (although the bathroom could use an update). Overall a great experience and would definitely return!

We loved how close this was to the beach, Coquina park and an easy walk to lots of shops, restaurants and the fishing pier in Bradenton.

This property is located right across the street from the beach. Slight views of the water from 2 small decks. The back big deck is however facing a new construction home that was working everyday including the weekends.

It was perfect for what we needed. Exactly as shown. Communications with Vacasa was great. Would definitely use them again.

Soap, paper towels and tp are minimal, as are bath towels. Washer and dryer helpful.
The unit is not in the front of the building. Really no views from the balconies. They are building a huge house behind. The noise starts at 7:30am.

This property was super clean which immediately made me feel comfortable and ready to relax for the week! Perfect amount of space for my husband and I. Great location- just a few steps across the street and you’re on the beach! We flew and did not get a rental car, so we utilized the free trolley daily (there’s a trolley stop located just a block down from the property!) which gave us access to most of the island. We also did a lot of walking and frequented Bridge Street (~10-15 min walk from condo) which offered a handful of different restaurants, gift shops, etc. When we did not feel like going out for food, we ordered in from a few different local restaurants with Island Eats Delivery service and had great experiences. Our trip was in early October, and the beach right across the street was clean and not crowded. Thanks for the wonderful vacation spot!

So CLEAN and comfy!
This property was super clean which immediately made me feel comfortable and ready to relax for the week! Perfect amount of space for my husband and I. Great location- just a few steps across the street and you’re on the beach! We flew and did not get a rental car, so we utilized the free trolley daily (there’s a trolley stop located just a block down from the property!) which gave us access to most of the island. We had read other reviews and knew that it was not a true gulf front view. Look at photo #20--that is taken on a narrow deck outside the entrance, leaning over the railing and looking between 2 buildings. So be aware that you will not be sitting on a balcony looking at the ocean.
Positives:
The unit was clean and had a dishwasher and stackable washer and dryer.
Location was great--just across the street from the beach.
Bed was pretty comfortable and AC worked great.

I emailed Vacasa before our arrival to enquire about beach chairs, umbrella, coolers for the beach. No response. You will get beach towels and nothing else for the beach. Bring your own.
Patio chairs by the front door were rusted and broken---sitting on them would risk being cut on the back of your legs. Rust and broken metal had been spray painted. So deck was useless.
Absolutely minimal supplies in the kitchen. Not a single knife for cutting food--only steak knives and 2 serrated bread knives. No salt and pepper, no cooking oil and no spices.
Refrigerator had the ice maker turned off and the fridg turned down to the lowest temp--so no ice and not a cold fridge for the first 12 hours. Make sure you turn them on when you arrive.
No BBQ grill.
No recycling bin in the unit and no garbage or recycling bins outside. You are instructed to put your bags of garbage on the street on garbage day.
Light on the towels if you want to have 3-4 people. We had 6 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 washcloths--would be an issue for 3-4 people or bring your own washcloths. 4 beach towels but one was very small, thin and bleach stained.
We booked only a month before coming and settled for this unit because of low availability. I recommend booking father in advance so you get a unit with true gulf views and one that has beach supplies, grill, etc.

We loved the proximity to the water, just know that the view from this suite is not oceanfront, but a side balcony. The suite was very clean and well decorated. The property feels very private and we would revisit! I wish there was a full length mirror and a Kuerig, but those are small things! The customer service was FANTASTIC!

We loved the proximity to the water, just know that the view from this suite is not oceanfront, but a side balcony. The suite was very clean and well decorated. The property feels very private and we would revisit! I wish there was a full length mirror and a Kuerig, but those are small things! The customer service was FANTASTIC!

We truly enjoyed our time here in Bradenton Beach. Our kids had a house down the road for my son’s birthday. It was a great escape from all the noise and fun. Very tranquil and pleasant. Directly across from the beach. I would def stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Safari Suite . Only steps from the beach and a short walk to market, stores ,and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious. We would stay here again if in Bradenton .

The Ad showed what looked like a 2nd floor deck over looking the ocean, the actual location of the condo was in the back. The coffee machine did not work. For the price I felt they were very cheap with the little things. Example: cheap Dollar Store paper towels, toilet paper (only 2 rolls, not enough) soap (only 2 very small bars, not enough).

Great Memorial weekend
We truly enjoyed our time here in Bradenton Beach. Our kids had a house down the road for my son’s birthday. It was a great escape from all the noise and fun. Very tranquil and pleasant. Directly across from the beach. I would def stay here again!

The Ad showed what looked like a 2nd floor deck over looking the ocean, the actual location of the condo was in the back. The coffee machine did not work. For the price I felt they were very cheap with the little things. Example: cheap Dollar Store paper towels, toilet paper (only 2 rolls, not enough) soap (only 2 very small bars, not enough).

We loved the place, everything was clean, the location is perfect and they've really thought in everything, so we had a great time and nothing to complain. I'd definitely look forward to book another place managed by Vacasa so we make sure we'll not have any bad surprise :)

location location location! Unit is located right across the street from the beach. The unit was also stocked with plenty of towels, blankets and pillows to choose from. The ice maker was a nice bonus!!! We really enjoyed our stay and only had a few negatives...our first night we had issues with the tv which is understandable since every service provider/tv system are different, however, we reached out to management on Wednesday and they didn’t respond until Saturday but not with a solution, just letting us know they’d pass that info on...we never heard back from management...We were only given 2 rolls of toilet paper for the week so we had to supply our own. The unit was clean upon our arrival but could probably use a good deep cleaning (especially because of Covid). For us, the bed was too soft, some people like a super soft bed so that’s just a personal opinion for us. We would definitely rent this unit again but not until the mattress is updated...

Best of both worlds
Third time at this condo. Great location, walk across the street and you are on the beach. Walk down the street, and you can watch the sunrise on the bay. Will be back.

It was perfect for two people. Loved the location, some of the furniture could use updating. Other than that, it was quiet and clean.

Loved that it was so private, and right near the beach. Truly beautiful. Everything was clean and tidy. Plenty of extra sheets and towels. I would say no more than 3 people to this suite. I will definitely come back!
