Lots of supermarkets around. The Chinese restaurant nearby serves good food and good alternatives if u need a switch of taste.

Value for money but abit far from airport and key places of interest.

Very easy check in and check out process. Very clean room. All essentials was provided in the room for cleaning and doing laundry. Even shampoo, dish soap etc. was provided. Walking distance to two train stations, supermarkets and multiple playgrounds. Very family friendly area. Some beautiful local shrines and parks in walking distance or a few stop away on one of the train lines.

You could only get rid of your trash two times a week and if you're on a longer stay that can get really irritating as your trash can pile up and you have no where to get rid of it. This is not super annoying but I could have used some more options to get rid of the trash.

I liked the location. The bed was comfortable. I liked the apartment in general.

The internet was very bad. There was no internet or very weak that was disconnected often. That was frastrating. I also had an issue within the advertised pictures of the room which were not compatible with the room I got. It was not the same. I took pictures of the room and compared and it is not the same.

The location was good, train station within 400m of accommodation, near shops and convenience stores.

Needed little more room in the kitchen. Table was old and not clean Nothing between sheet and bed.

I like that it was spacious enough for 3 people with 3 big luggages. The place was very quiet and it did not feel like anyone else was there. Which was wonderful. Everything was clean and working, did not need to call anyone for any extra things. Place was also modern and did not feel icky. It also included washer, which was great for travelers! Konbini and grocery stores nearby as well! Both train stations are 4-5 mins walk from this location even though its quite far from shibuya/big tokyo areas (45mins by train).

They never sent me a check in ID, so I had to do an international call for someone from booking.com to check me in. Extremely inconvenient. Having no faces to talk to is not fun.

Everything was clean, the apartment is big enough and have everything you need for long stays. Near train station (though not JR) and combinis. Check the tonkatsu restaurant next to train station.

Check in process is easy but can get confusing due to having to put 2 different codes in 2 different doors.

I never had experience like this. It was extremely stressed. No help at all. It was so cold we were like dying when we reach at lobby. They did not allow us to Get in for Hours even I have send my passport copies. Check in process was extremely ridiculous. iPad wasn’t working. I would request booking.com to refund me back. I will send you personal email & call you.

We were so stressed who could I like this kind of money minded hotel. I email them that we are dying can you help us. They send me email sorry for inconvenience but we can’t do any thing.

Location near the Chidoricho JR station and a few convenient stores.

It was the nightmare we had upon our arrival at midnight 18 Dec 2022. The room reserved was SO DIRTY, BED SHEETS NOT CHANGED, LIQUOR CANS ON THE KITCHEN, ETC. As the check in via self check in at rhe lobby, no personnel at the hotel is coming or any phobe number is given to call. Quickly I communicated with boooking.com but we DID NOT GET A REPLACEMENT ROOM UNTIL THE NEXT MORNING!!! . We left with no room in the long freezing night. SO I WILL NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL ANYMORE. EVER. Finally they provide me the deduction of 1 night (after I appealed- which we did not stay the 1st night anyway) but it could not compensate the fear and agony our family with children had in the middle of the freezing night after our 8 hour flight journey. Instead due to safety and failurre of the host, Booking.com should have quickly rebook us in another hotel elsewhere and charge the host but THEY DID NOTHING. Worst experience ever.

clean facility easy to get in and out plus train stations where close enough to walk

Excellent location between Shimomaruko and Chidoricho stations. Many combini stores nearby. Room was clean and having a washer and dryer in the room is a plus. Triple lock security. Entrance is on a main road but easily accessible as it is indented.

Inform customers to use email to download passport as text messaging may not work.

The place was remarkably clean from top to bottom. The amenities were great. They had thought of everything!

The check in process was a little cumbersome.

Location is close to anywhere. Very convenient. There's a golf shop nearby if you're into golf
