It was fantastic, cozy warm clean and just so homely

Nothing it was perfect

Nice place to stay all good but double bed on first floor very uncomfortable, but other than that it was great

Double bed on first floor

The toilet seat was wobbly when we arrived so wanted to report that, but otherwise it was a lovely stay. Thank you

Location is good and managed to park outside. Fitted in lots of us for our mountain so all good.

Great location, really cosy and welcoming, key safe worked well, the shower was hot and strong.

The wifi code that was on the blackboard when you entered was wrong, we had to go through the handbook to find the correct one. The recycling and bin information was contrasting - no idea at all which one was correct and couldn’t find anywhere to put bins/ recycling on bin day! There were no laundry bags to put laundry in at the end if the stay. The oven didn’t work, we followed the instructions and that didn’t work and then messaged the company about how to use the oven and no one came back to us throughout then entire stay. Sooo disappointed in this as we use booking.com a lot
