Hotel Botaniek

Very nice hotel. I'm sure the staff are lovely, however we only saw a staff member at check out, so limited contact makes it difficult to comment on the staff (hence the lower score for staff). Overall, hotel is lovely, we had a beautiful view of the Belfry from our loft room. The hotel is tastefully decorated throughout - would be very pleased to stay there again. Lovely hotel, great location in beautiful Bruges

Very friendly and attentive people. We will be back

The room was clean and accessible by elevator. The bed was very comfortable. Coffee, tea, and a hair dryer were provided in the room. Easily walkable to all areas you'd like to see. I took meals out, so I can't comment on the restaurant other than to say I did see a number of other guests eating there. There's nothing luxurious, but it's a fine room in a great location for a good price given the location.

There were no toiletries in the bathroom although the room description says there would be. The bath towel was a little on the thin side.
