The iron provided by the hotel burned my clothes, making it difficult for me to get ready for work.

We like that the room's carpet has been changed. It looks more vibrant and fresh.
It could be better looking if some touch up can be done at the tv cabinets, dressing table and chairs. The worn out spots at the edges of the cabinets and chair is quite an eye sore.
The elevator needs servicing. I think from the day of my first visit years ago till now the elevator is moving at the lowest speed.

The room is spacious, the bed and pillows are comfy. The water pressure is good too. The food is really good, both for breakfast buffet and the lunch served during our event. I am impressed on how they serve the salad fresh with the root. You have to snip the leaf onto your plate. what a way to reduce wastage.
The soundproofing in the room can be better. Imagine coming back from mosque tired from the Kursus Perdana Haji and has to sleep with mat rempit sound from midnight till 4am. There was some sort of rempit race on the night. There is also noise coming from the crowd gathering at the field next to the hotel. The soundproof is worse at the living hall.
