The hotel is beautiful, the staff are very friendly and the rooms are extremely comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and dinner in the blackthorn restaurant was outstanding

I love the atmosphere in the twelve hotel, staff are very friendly and decor is lovely, food was delicious also, I love the location, the walks by the sea are beautiful.
The only small thing that I would suggest is that in our room there could have been some cushions, the pillows were very soft and there was no real support when sitting on the chairs, a cushion would have really helped, it's just a small suggestion to allow for an extra bit of comfort.

Spacious room comfortable bed
Shower over bath - cramped and dangerous -in 2026 room should have walk in shower - overall service very poor - staff ticked relevant boxes but no real customer service.
