Great location and an amazing view

The views were stunning. The breakfast was very good. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
The location. It is a bus ride and then a 10 minutes walk hp a steep hill. The bus stops running early in the evening. Great if you have a car. Our bathroom was very cramped.

Too high up .. had to walk uphill to the hotel about 20 minutes and with luggage was difficult .. on other days we would be tired after visiting places.. so we had to take a taxi from the bus stand - would take 7 or 8 minutes but he charged 20 CHF.. no less.. as only taxi company in that area.

The property is nestled in a quiet area.. we have the mountain view
It’s like 10-13 minutes walk from the bus stop or 20 minutes walk to interlaken west .. going to the hotel is uphill so if you have a luggage it’s such a struggle.. it took us a good 20 minutes walk to the hotel on our first day.. the breakfast is the same everyday, there’s not much selections and few times in the morning , the hot selection which is scrambled eggs and bacon were not ready. The wifi is not reaching our room ..the pillow is so uncomfortable , that we have a back pain when we wake up
