The hotel is in a great location in the city center, with many places and attractions nearby. The hotel was generally clean, and we had a pleasant night overall.
Ramy at the reception was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, especially during the night. He made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.
The hotel is quite small, and unfortunately, the swimming pool isn’t available at night. The gym is also quite basic, with some old equipment that could use an upgrade.

Big thanks to the friendly Rami! From the moment we arrived, he made us feel like VIPs. He was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive to every details.
Thank you, Rami, for making us feel so special. Excellent service!
Room lighting. It would be nice to have some brighter lights.
Some hotels allow orders from outside to deliver to the room !! Why is it not allowed?
