Great location! Friendly staff.
Construction outside our room; quite noisy. Restaurant (did not do all inclusive) was pricey. Burger, hotdog, and 2 sodas was $50.

Location location location, absolutely perfect spot on Playa Norte to enjoy the stunning beach and local area. Hotel itself is nice but you can find nicer properties but they don’t have this location. For us this was the best combination of location and amenities. Only negative was the food isn’t the best, definitely recommend taking advantage of the nearby restaurants as the food and atmosphere is much better. Overall I would stay here again.
Only negative was the quality of food. There is a diverse selection but none of them blew us away. Rather eat locally and use the hotel for its access to the beach.

Very beautifully maintained.
Liked everything primarily.
However Wish there were more restaurants to choose from.
Also, some of the hotel staff at reservations were a bit rude or it would take a while to get help.
Overall, majority were wonderful.

Clean design. Lights at night.
Cold hot tubs. Pools closed too early. Beach beds too far away from the water. The TV glitched in and out every 1-2 minutes. Rude bellboy (man) placed a customers luggage in front of us as we waited in line for check in and told the customers to butt in front of us. Ran out of towels before the day was over. Didn’t like the upselling.
