Position, people and price as well as the breakfast, easy parking and excellent wifi signal. What’s not to like

This was an overnight stay on our way to Tuscany. The Bijou is a lovely hotel, with comfortable rooms & beds. It has a very nice lounge on the ground floor, by reception, where you can make tea and coffee. It was hot the afternoon we arrived, and it was lovely sitting outside the hotel in the shade of some beautiful trees on the square, watching schoolchildren dancing. There’s a public car park close by. The hotel had given us details of exactly where to park, and it was then a very short walk through a pedestrian tunnel to the square where the hotel is. It cost just 6 euros for 24 hours. There are plenty of restaurants close by. Breakfast was excellent and the staff pleasant and helpful.

The breakfast was nice although mainly cakes were available. nice view and comfy beds.

Nearest parking is too far away and the road is too busy to even park to unload the luggage. Quite a noisy area and most of the staff did not speak English. Not a great place for a family with car and a lot of luggage.
