Premetto che essendo una persona che da 10 anni a questa parte frequenta per almeno 3 giorni alla settimana strutture alberghiere B&B, sono alquanto critico. Ancora non riesco a capire come determinate persone attribuiscono i punteggi, forse è che in albergo ci vanno solo per le vacanze? La ragazza che serviva le colazioni gentilissima sorridente e disponibile. Posizione ottima struttura ben curata. Bella piscina.

La colazione scarsa, e con prodotti non di qualità, lo Yogurt, non aveva neanche la marca. In un paio di occasioni è mancato il pane. Nel mentre si è rotto il fornetto per tostare il pane, che non è stato sostituito con nulla. A che serve avere il Pancarrè se non c'è il tostapane? In Puglia dove la qualità del caffè è più che ottima, mi fai il caffè e cappuccino con la macchinetta automatica a polverine? Non lo tollero. Il bagno andrebbe rivisitato, magari ingrandendo la doccia che essendo 70 x 70 ci si picchia i gomiti. Nel migliorare, forse anche l'insonorizzazione. La TV in camera un 20", una televisione decente ormai si compera con € 500 WiFi e chi è riuscito a vederlo? Letto matrimoniale? Due lettini avvicinati. Spiaggia privata? Non di proprietà, affittano qualche ombrellone e se non ci sono ti arrangi. Hotel? Questo è un bed and breakfast, di hotel non ha proprio nulla. Questa struttura potrebbe essere eccellente con poco più, magari un bar dove prendersi un aperitivo visto che lo hanno pure. In somma un pò di buona volontà.

- from The basics: this is not hotel, and they are not flexible. we had to change our plans because reception is open only till 8pm (we were about to arrive in Vieste around 9pm but noone could wait for us) - a/c is just archaic system - manager must turn it on for all rooms, then You can not set temperature, just The level of wind - in room there are No glasses, cups or kettle - swimming pool and surroundings must be cleant - bottom was really dirty and shower was covered with birds’ sh*t - wifi is available only next to reception - there were issues with hot water - it was available only for few hours during day

Manager spoke good English which was most helfpul for me. He was extremely approachable and helpful thoughout my stay. Directly opposite a nice beach, but the hotel has an excellent pool also. La Bussola was a very welcoming restaurant a close walk from here. Bus station also a short walk.

Wifi was immensely frustrating.

Fabulous location with beautiful gardens that made it a lovely little oasis.

rooms were really basic and a bit old fashioned, but spotless.

Poor breakfast. It is time to understand that cakes are not a breakfast. Air condition directed on the bed.

The breakfast was very nice. Beds were good. Nice balcony with good chairs

The swimming pool was closed already even though it was only half september. A lot of the beach bars closed very early so then there is not a lot to do anymore there.
