IL Tornabuoni The Unbound Collection by Hyatt

Location perfect. Breakfast was fantastic. Room very clean, spacious and well equipped, housekeeping were excellent. Nice bathroom. Great service in bar and restaurant, staff were so lovely. Decor was stylish.

For 5 star - there is no lounge area. Concierge wasn’t helpful. Bedding could be improved. No bath. My choice to book stay last minute, but the rate I paid was, in my opinion was well overpriced.

Location excellent, room was large and very well appointed. Staff friendly, nothing bad to say.

I had such a wonderful stay and genuinely wished I could have stayed longer. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are elegant, comfortable and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The staff were absolutely wonderful — warm, welcoming and always helpful throughout my stay. The rooftop was one of my favorite parts of the hotel and such a lovely place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere of Florence. The location is also exceptional, making it very easy to explore the city and enjoy everything Florence has to offer. Overall, it was a truly lovely experience from beginning to end, and definitely a hotel I would happily return to on my next visit to Florence. Highly recommended!

zentrale Lage, trendy eingerichtet

sehr sehr lautes Zimmer durch Strassenlärm (schlagender Tür beim Nachbarn jede 30 Sekunden) und Reinigungskräfte
