the hotel room was very spacious and the room was tidy during all our stay. The hotel is quite central as there is a very good bus service with a bus stop just next to the hotel entrance with connection to place Mayor.
During breakfast it was a bit chaotic due to the groups going for breakfast at the same time. Some of the persons from the group made a mess of the food provided for breakfast. I believe that the breakfast for groups and individual residents should be split in different rooms.

We arrived tired from a flight and received a warm welcome. Check-in and check-out were easy. Rodrigo, who assisted us, provided excellent customer service. Five stars for him and all the staff! The hotel couldn't be in a better location and it's very clean and comfortable!
The bathroom is very small

Excellent location, couldn't have asked for a better area. A lidl directly opposite the hotel was really convinent. There was also a bus stop right outside the hotel which leads directly to the main attractions.
We didn't have cups or utensils in our rooms. When we requested, they told us to go ask the restaurant staff instead of providing it to us themselves. The WiFi was really bad, but after requesting different staff members, they didn't really help. However, one staff member(lady) kindly sorted it out within minutes.
