The staff was poor

The room wasnt cleaned

Bed was very hard & uncomfortable. Hotel states its 3.2 miles from Manchester arena it virtually 7 miles was 35.00 in taxi fee. Requested extra pillows to be told I will see. One pillow arrived .

Bed was comfy - however if the carpets where anything to go by I'd hate to see condition of mattress

Worst checkin with reception. Guy didn't seem bothered about his job. Was given a complimentary upgrade but dont think there was anything complimentary about it. Stains all over carpet. Woken up at 8am by a wood chipper and building works. Was very loud. And if I hadn't of been woken up by the building works then I would have had housekeeping coming into the room at 9am. Even though checkout wasn't till 11am.

cheap enough, nice staff and nice room

The Noise. a wedding was on and I had to check out as it was impossible to sleep. Running up and down hallways, knocking on doors, shouting and screaming, and not just once or twice but all night right up until 5am. No sign of staff or security or anyone to stop this.

Great staff, very comfortable room, easy check in and check out, nice food available, nice pool, our bathtub was huge, good value for money.

Easy to find, on bus route to airport.

It was fine, just nothing particularly special about it. A bit dated.

Rooms are spacious and clean .

It was very loud at night as there was a party at the hotel . WI-FI is free for 20 minutes only .

The spa was the only good think and also the location is good also. Bus stop right in front serving buses to Manchester city

Personal didn't like the room like with myself and sister and my baby in the it was a joke... there was no coverage in the room at all like overall I checked in and out the same day because o was not impresses.

The pool was lovely and warm, the room was clean and the telly works which seems to be a variety with the hotels we go to. The bathroom was spacious and clean although I was disappointed when I saw that the bath had jets but they didn't work, this however isn't actually the hotels fault they didn't advertise a spa bath because most don't work and they are in the process of removing them.

The woman who checked us in was less than friendly, I tried on multiple occasions to smile at her and be pleasant but she wasn't interested and later when we came down from our room , I think it was her daughter who she was talking two both were kind of rude. I don't like to complain but that was not very nice.

What really made me happy was on my last day i was due to checkout at 11am but one the staff gave me an extra time as I got abit delayed

Not a good location if your using public transport
