This exceeded our expectations!
• The apartment was so spacious! Big living room, perfect for winding down after a day visiting the city;
• Beds were comfortable and everything was clean;
• The location was great, very quiet and close to the public transports! Could easily walk everywhere;
• The host was very kind, we requested some extra supplies and she kindly dropped those off for us during our stay!
• Water pressure in the shower was perfect :D
Will point out 2 things that we noticed but didn't affect our score!
• the floor in the corridor is quite noisy, the rest of the rooms were fine though
• took us a bit of time to figure out how to turn on the water in the shower 😂 but that was simply cause we had never seen that kind of faucet before!

The apartment was large and comfortable. The location was great with bus and train station around the corner. Plenty of comfy beds. Lots of small grocers very close by, Thai, Chinese, Mediterranean and Caribbean. Also, and excellent bakery with fresh bread, scones. Croissants and pastries.
No coffee maker, only a French press.

It was in a quiet location yet just a couple of minutes walk away there was a range of excellent places to eat.
The noises you could hear from above whenever anyone walked around. Nothing to absorb the sound.

The location is nice.
They just don’t care after the booking. If you have an issue then sorry no help is coming. The WiFi never worked so neither could we work or watch the TV. Their solution turn router on and off. Didn’t work. We were there 2 days. No correction to it. And no compensation for a 450 GBP per night they need to up their game. It’s horrible.
