We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Butler's Townhouse.
Lovely room and décor. High mattress which felt very regal.
Really easy to use and understand check-in and check-out system.
Really kind and attentive staff, quick response times with messages and requests. I wasn't expecting this to be so good given there's no reception desk.
Nice open lounge area and balcony area as you enter - great for working remotely.
WiFi worked well.
Safe and cosy place.
The shower didn't always have hot water from the over head shower so we had to use the handheld shower head from the bath instead which was harder to enjoy.
The bed was comfy but the King Size was two singles pushed together which was not ideal for a couple as one of us was always falling into the middle.
I'd recommend having a softer pillow option to allow for personal preferences, as the pillows were all quite hard.

Very well located
I liked the Georgian windows but some people might think they are not quiet enough for the busy street

Good location. Attentive staff
I booked a premium room which was shown as having a 4 poster bed and more space. Our room did not meet these standards. The hotel was fully booked so no point asking for a better room. Should i be eligible for a rebate based on the room not meeting expectations?
