This apartment is located at an amazing place, right next to the Pantheon. So I do not have to say how easy it was to visit everywhere around Rome. It was also great to be able to have a couple of drinks at night with a view of Pantheon and just walk 10 meters back to the apartment. The apartment has soundproof windows so it was very quiet. The host was great as well and she was very helpful both with check-in and with all of our questions. If you're coming from the US, you'd probably find the entrance and the elevators very small - but hey, this is a really old building so set your expectations right for the old world. If you want to stay right at the center of this ancient city, it will be hard to find something better than this apartment.

There was a heavy food smell in the building (not in the house though), and the washer had some issues. But none of those were big problems for us

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. We were traveling with baby and the owner kindly prepared the crib for the baby and toys. We felt very welcomed at the apartment. The location is also great, all the central tourist atteactions are walking distance away. There are a lot of options for eating outside but the apartment also have a kitchen and there is grocery store nearby.

Convenient 2/2 located on a side street off of the Pantheon/Piazza Della Rotunda so close to everything (shopping, dining) but still pretty quiet. The unit has a very small lift so luggage not really a problem. Very secure with entry door. Second bath is a bit small but stil there are two full bathrooms. Kitchen is off to the side and small but well-stocked - appreciate it being stocked with water, coffee/tea, etc.

Perfect location, walk to all attractions and great restaurants. Newly renovated apartment, sound proof. Great host, very accommodating.

Where to start? Cathy met us at the door of the building when we arrived by taxi from the airport. The apartment is absolutely amazing. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. It is obviously a very new kitchen with enough utensils, pots and pans, dishes, and everything you might need to fix a meal. The location cannot be beat. It is in the center of everything and the bedrooms have soundproof windows. There are tvs in both bedrooms and in the living room, but we were too busy enjoying our time with family to watch tv.

We were very pleased. Family noted that the pillows are hard, but I always bring my own pillow from experience, so I have no input in that.

Cathy’s home was extremely clean and was in a fantastic, central location in Rome. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit! Cathy was a friendly & helpful host and we really enjoyed our stay!

Overall the properly was really great! The king sized beds were very large and comfortable, however note that one of the bedrooms does not have a closet, which would have been useful.

Cathy met us at the door, and although we came very early and they were still cleaning the apartment, she allowed us to leave our luggage and she even gave us the keys suggesting we get breakfast at a cafe down the corner and return in an hour so they could finish cleaning the apartment. She provided us with coffee, jam, crackers. There is a small food market around the corner where we bought fruit and milk. Great restaurants in the area. We were there during a heat wave in June and the apartment was a wonderful aircontitioned haven. Within a 20 minute walk to every place of interest.

Perfect location perfect host and perfect apartment. The place is very clean and the air conditioning very strong. No need for a car u can get to anything with a short walk . Absolutely loved this place.

From my first correspondence with Cathy, I was confident that our stay at her property would be amazing, but I had no idea how extraordinary it truly was. The property is spacious, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, and living area, spotless, beautifully decorated, and within a few steps of the Parthenon and numerous restaurants. Cathy is the ultimate host, arranging for transfers both to and from the airport and meeting us upon arrival and departure. My only regret is that we were there only four nights!

Not only was this the perfect location, the place was incredibly spacious, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and it was so quiet inside! It was nice to step outside and be in the middle of dozens of restaurants, shops, sites, etc. Communication was amazing and this was one of the best places we stayed on our 6 week trip to Europe. Would highly recommend!

Cathy's home is located in the best part of the city, super close to all main sights, Pantheon is just few meters from the door. Despite the very touristic location thanks to the soundproof windows and thick old walls there is zero noice heard inside. apartment is very well decorated with all details needed for the perfect Italian trip. world famous Moka coffeemachine woth the original coffee and some snacks and wine included. the bed was the most comfortable from all my trips ever.

Cathy's hospitality and her care towards our needs and wishes were just great. Many thanks! The location of the flat in the Centre of Rome was perfect for us! Finally, the flat was super clean and had all the amenities that we needed (including shampoo and shower gel). Because the flat is near the Pantheon, there are obviously a lot of activities on the small road (people passing by and restaurants, no cars though). However, once the windows are closed you do not hear anything.

It really felt like home in the heart of Rome. Extremely clean, equipped with all needed facilities and very spacious. Everything was very well but also tasteful organized and you could easily find all that was needed. Sound proof windows, made it very quiet with all the commotion from outside (The Pantheon is less that 50m). Our host was not only very professional, but at the same time, super nice, friendly and helpful. This apartment is the perfect place to stay in Rome!

Elke is a communicative hostess, so she was in touch with us as soon as we boarded our flight, and she was there to welcome us upon our arrival at her place. She took care of us from A to Z, after a quick checkin process. The appartment is located in a historical paved small street, 50 yards away from the Pantheon Piazza, calm and silent thanks to top of the art new windows. Easily accessible with an elevator, it's newly renovated, air conditioning in the 3 main rooms, fully and tastefully furnished and decorated, bedding is awesome. We appreciated the two bathrooms, one with a tub and rain shower, the other with both spa shower and rain shower, and the well equiped kitchen. The whole place being perfectly clean. In short, the four of us (a 23 yo couple and an older one) loved the place, the delicate attentions like fabulous Italian coffee for the expresso machine, city maps, public transport maps, what to do, where to eat, and what to see handwritten information. On top of all, Elke is such a nice and helpful person, we'll stay there on our next visit !
