Very good room, nice staff, the location was amazing, only 2 minutes walking to the mall of Emirates and the metro station.

I like the place.. It's very accessible near to the mall and metro for commuters. Staff are approachable.

Room and hotel was clean. Staff was good.nice ambience
Staff did not guide by themselves how to access the lift (which is only accessable by card). At least they should tell the customer's the operating method of lift.
Shower was broken in washroom. No mope is provided, once you take bath whole floor become massy.
Room services cleaned the room, but not putting fresh towels in the washroom.
Not providing by themselves the drinking water. You always need to ask to reception.
