everything! Our stay here was beyond all our expectations. Yeleny, her family and her friends welcomed us to her hostel which ended up feeling more like a home. we initially booked to stay here for 4 days over Christmas, but ended up staying for 10 because we loved it so much, couldn’t recommend enough. amazing town, amazing people, can’t wait to visit again in the future.

We LOVED las Palmas in Vilcabamba! It feels homely, the place is really well decorated and the owner is super friendly! The outdoor living area and swimming pool are the perfect place to relax after one if the hikes in the surroundings. The is a big kitchen with all you need to prepare a meal and even a television with Netflix in the living area.

It would have even better if our room had a window to an outside area to ventilate.

Normally i dont write reviews, but this place is amazing! Its a place where you really can find some rest, and enjoy vilcabamba. You have everything you need, a swimming pool, good beds and Yeleny makes sure your stay is perfect! Was going to stay 2 days and ended up staying way longer!

I very much enjoyed my stay at Las Palmas and highly recommend it. I even extended my stay another four days. It was a delight to stay here.

Relaxed vibe, friendly fellow travelers, convenient and easy-to-use kitchen, helpful and kind hostess, beautiful pool area and sauna. A fun place to hang out, calm and quiet. An excellent value.

Must stay in Vilcabamba! The place is simply perfect, great outdoor space, swimming pool, sauna. Very well equipped kitchen. Bed and pillow are super comfortable. A special thank to the owner, she really made us feel at home! Lovely dog

This is a quirky place that kind of grows on you.

The hostal owner is incredibly lovely and kind. I had an accident and she looked after me brilliantly. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well. The whole place was very peaceful and easy going. It was only a few minutes walk from the centre. And there's a large screen to watch Netflix films on.

I didn't realise I had to give 24 hours notice for the jacuzzi. The hostal was not as clean as I'm used to.

This house feels like being at home. Its super comfortable and Yeleni, the host, is an angel who makes you feel safe and happy. She is very light-hearted and concerning and Palmita, the cat and Chiquito, the dog are also contributing to the wonderful atmosphere. Its clean and silent, you can use the washing-mashine for free and the television. The pool has some cool special effects and there are hammocks and a Jacuzzi to relax. It’s 2 minutes from the central park. I will come back here for sure!

Yeleny the owner is very friendly and extremely helpful, she is attentive to the needs of each guest and goes beyond the call of duty to make everybody as comfortable and happy as possible. She also accepts pets. Thoroughly recommended!

Excellent location and quiet. Nice small swimming pool and great outdoor area for relaxing. Netflix also there. Cheap price and place to cook so pretty convenient. Really friendly hosts.

The dogs were allowed to jump and sit on sofas, making the place dirty. The kitchen was dirty for a lot of the time. The rooms have no windows so no ventilation and smell of damp.
