Location is great and good value for the money. And the host replied to my messages and answered some questions. Host provided an umbrela, shopping bags, coffee capsules which I think it was a nice touch.
In fact there was a lot of construction sites around. But the main issues for me was the fact the AC didn't work, the fan in the ceiling had a weird configuration and there wasn't much hot water in the shower. During my staying it was a bit cold for Rio so I'd appreciate a nice shower.

"Zweite Reihe zum Ipanema Beach. Super zentral. Kleine praktische Küche und Waschmaschine."
