Elix, Mar-Bella Collection

We spent 9 nights at this wonderful 5-star resort and had an excellent stay. Everything was of a very high standard, but we were particularly impressed by the cleanliness and the professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness of the staff. The beach is absolutely beautiful, with crystal-clear sea and breathtaking views. The beach service is impeccable, making every day by the sea truly relaxing and enjoyable. The beach bar offers a simple yet varied lunch menu, and having lunch right by the sea is a wonderful experience. Breakfast is another highlight, with an excellent buffet offering a wide variety of high-quality options. A special mention also goes to the resort’s two restaurants, which are fully in keeping with the standard and quality expected from a 5-star property. We also really appreciated the sauna and steam room, which we had the pleasure of enjoying on a rainy day. They were a wonderful alternative when the weather was not suitable for the beach and added an extra touch of relaxation to our stay. Finally, a special thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness made a real difference and contributed greatly to the wonderful experience we had at the resort. Overall, this was a fantastic stay in a beautiful setting, with outstanding service, a spectacular beach, and an exceptionally well-maintained resort. We would be very happy to return.

If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the buffet meals: while consistently offering good-quality food and well-prepared dishes, felt somewhat less appealing and lacked the same level of refinement as the restaurants.

Luxurious large and stylish rooms . Fabulous views over the beach.

Not a huge fan of buffet evening meals but that’s just us preferring to eat out at local restaurants.

1.The location is a little bit far from everything and isolated. 2.The way to the beach takes time because you need to use the elevator. 3.A lot of stairs all the time because of the construction of the hotel. 4.The kids club in the worst location. Far away from everything and a lot of stairs. 5.Their is no evening activity except live singer for the atmosphere. It was missing…
