Iraklion Hotel

The whole staff was super, super friendly. Excellent breakfast. Thumbs up!

Everything was great! We were allowed to check in earlier, which was really appreciated as we didn’t have to wait for several hours. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they also helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location deserves a special mention. The hotel is only about a 7-minute walk from the city center and the sea, while the area is nice and quiet at night. There is also a bus stop literally just a few steps away, which makes it very easy to get to the beach, the airport, and other places around Heraklion. The prices are quite reasonable, especially considering the location and overall experience. We had a really good stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

The location of this property is ideal if you’re visiting the city center. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were maintain immaculately. Every day they came to clean our room and make sure we had everything we needed. Although this is an older property, it has been remodeled, and it was quite lovely.

I didn’t love the breakfast, but everybody else in my party was satisfied. They had all the basics, coffee, juice, toast, eggs, cereal, fruit and yogurt.

Excellent Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Ability to store backs before check-in and after check-out. Easy walk into the main shopping area and there is a bus stop right outside.

Street facing rooms are very noisy. The shower was grimy and mouldy at the bottom of the glass panels. The chair in the room did not fit under the desk/table and was in the way with nowhere else to place it.
