bathroom & the room floor sooo bad & dirty. sorry will not visit again. expecting a clean room for RM239 per night. small room doesnt matter as long as the room is clean!!!

centre of the city, 30 min to airport
we didnt receive towel upon arrival for both room, made call twice only then receive towel. Breakfast not so many choices.

The view of location of breakfast at 7th floor is great and nice. The taste also is good and have multiple choices. I can give 9/10 for breakfast. U did well.
The cleanliness really need to be improved. The toilet is dirty, the towel is in bad condition (old and torn). The carpet also dirty. But the bed is good. Overall for cleanliness i give 5/10. Please improve.

Clean. Friendly staff. Hairdryer check. Electric kettle check. Drinking bottled water check. Soap etc check. Good water pressure n heater check. Bedding, pillows r clean n comfy.
Staff at Cafe 7 very good. Some food also quite good.
Just presentation. Cracked mirror in bathroom. No tea sachets. TV programs wasn't all clear. Burnt holes on carpet. Ac temp can't b controlled.
Went for massage at spa. Very disappointing. Masseuse were talking to each other most of the time. It was more oiling than proper massaging . Place smells of cigarette.

Just bearable. It's a decent hotel for a short stay. It has potential but a major refurbishment will help boost the experience.
The conditions appear unattended. The musky smell was everywhere.

Ask for receipt for 2 rooms only give me 1 room, then call to request, pass to accounting department, accounting ask for my email and say will send to me, but did not send to me after the request..hope someone can see this and help me to get the receipt send to my email.

Good location in the city,nice view from the top,big room,room is clean,cool air-cond and hotel have a reserve car park.Easy to park my car.
Channel tv in the room limited and buffer breakfast also limited.My suggest is better channel tv use Astro channel and buffer breakfast need to improve food like more fruit, is not only water melon.
