Only negative i would say was the breakfast, was extremely disappointing, for the daily rate which is charged, I think they really need to improve on breakfast,

Staff were lovely and bubbly, also facilities were great, specially the cinema room, rooms were great.

we loved the spacious rooms! cinema and separate bedrooms made it the perfect stay! will definitely recommend this to anyone going to Koh Samui and will visit again when coming back! fantastic staff and even met the very kind owner!

Amazing breakfast was served directly to the room in the morning. It was presented really well, and tasted even better! The room was really spacious for the both of us - with a very clean and beautiful modern design. It came with a functional kitchen, but we didnt get to use it because we just ordered from the in-house dining menu and room service haha

It was located away from the city, so it was very private and relaxing - and I preferred that. But for people who like to walk around lots of bars, restaurants and activities, this hotel might not be for you - unless you rent a vehicle or call a taxi to go into the city.

I loved my room. It was so big and spacious for just myself. The staff were very attentive and I had everything I needed. I could order food, drinks, massages (got myself a neck and shoulder massage!), and the staff helped me rent a bike for the day and with buying my ferry ticket. I could literally just stay inside in my room all day - didn't want to leave at the end :(

Sunset on the beach is fantastic. Staff very nice and helpful, Amazing bed, good breakfast, our room is very clean. There is kitchen​ in the room with fully equipment, so it is wonderful for us to cook our dinner.

Breakfast was delicious. The staff were super friendly and the sunset at the beach was beautiful. The room was very spacious and the design was nice and modern. They even have in-room massages!

The room was beautiful, the staff did everything and more to help us and make our stay perfect! Everyone was so friendly. The food was soo good and for a couple that came to relax and go on day trips this is the perfect hotel!

Beautiful modern house very well divided and equipped. Very comfy beds , nice bathrooms, everything perfect. Staff was very helpful and nice, went out their way to help us with all our requests (and they were many).

One thing to be improved was Water pressure in the shower low and cold water in the pool. These reasons are not enough for us to lower the score from 10. Everything else was way too nice.

This place was beyond my expectations. The staff was extremely helpful, the facilities were top-notch, and the room was very spacious and beautifully decorated.

The car park is not connected to the hotel. You need to walk a bit to get there. Really not that far, but not very convenient when drizzling.

Great hotel, perfect staff, very nice and helpful if you need anything, very close to the beach. Modern-style room, white and clean. The space in the room is very spacious. We are happy to rest here. Our son enjoyed playing in his private pool. Another must-see is that you'll have to walk out onto the beach and you'll be met with a very beautiful sunset. Don't even hesitate before choosing this hotel to stay in Koh Samui, your holidays will up to another level.

This hotel does not have a restaurant. But it's not difficult for us at all. We can choose to order delivery food from Grab food application or Foodpanda, there are many restaurants. Or you can order the room service from the hotel as well (they have a contracted restaurant). We have tried some of the menus. It tastes good.

There are many hotels on Samui. Many good ones even. But I’ve never stayed in a hotel here like Skye Beach. Everything was perfect: Amazing view of the ocean. Infinity pool swims before bed and before breakfast. Beautifully designed rooms with kitchen that are cleaned constantly. Breakfast like clockwork each morning delivered. But, what’s harder to describe is how the staff at the hotel made all the difference. Not only was everyone friendly but any sort of logistical issue was able to be taken care of. It felt like a family and when I stayed there I was in the family. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Nothing. Everything is perfect

I had the worst stay here. even though I could list the positive things which they are not many but I won’t. The second day of our stay the water changed to orangish contaminated water. we called and they said it will be fixed in an hour or two so we asked for two bottles of water to wash until it’s fixed. We went out and came late and the water still contaminated. I called the reception and asked for four more bottles of water at least so we could wash our selves. the receptionist acted like she didn’t understand what we are saying. and then argued that she can’t give us more water since they already gave us two and we need to wait til the next day!!!! so now you don’t provide clean water and don’t want to give us 4 bottles to clean ourselves?? like 4 bottles will cost you a fortune!??! and note that we had oil massage that day, used the pool and went out so we needed to shower. moreover, the water was still bad until the next day+ the color changed to normal later but it still had white particles in it
