Door to the building would not open

it was close to the city center. facilities were like new.

Great place in general, size of room was good, room is nicely decorated, location is close to center, common areas are nice

Clean room well decorated. Very close to the old Town. The self check in works well but we are not fan of the system.

Some details made us uncomfortable : the shower is completely transparent which gives a direct view from the bed + the neighbors were noisy... Not a B&B as listed on booking, more like an hotel without staff.

Modern clean room with best shower in our entire stay. Possible access to common kitchen. The owners sent a website with all info necessary for the trip (tips, reviews, etc) which was an added plus. Easy self check in and out. Parking in street is free .

We came in March so it was slightly nippy at night and the room did not heat up.

Check-in and check-out organized extremely good. After a small problem with check-in we got an upgraded room with wonderful, big balcony. The location is great. Just some steps from the main part of the old town. Having a parking place is a huge advantage in the place like Ostuni with a lot of small streets.

For us the mattress was too soft. But even with that, I would stay here again.

Everything was exceptional! Paolo the owner was amazing and very helpful! The location is just a 5 minute walk from the center! And the rooms were really clean! We all strongly recommend ❤️

The location was perfect, the room was super comfortable and very nicely designed. We loved the breakfast too - homemade pastry was delicious! And big thanks to the host Doriana who was very welcoming & helpful! 10/10

Wonderful organisation and check-in system. Clean and comfortable room with nice design. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. Perfect location, easy to find parking and walk around the city. Breakfast place is a bar a few blocks away from the structure, but the service there is not very good.

Some of the rooms are small, but for one night stay they're perfect.

Modern, very clean, large and spacious room. Good amenities, great shower, easy check in. Was a very comfortable stay, about a 10 - 15 minute walk to the historical centre. Free and easy parking. The host was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. They use an application for their hotel that’s very easy and convenient to use which is great.

The acoustics are bad in the corridor. we were woken up by other guests early in the morning (going to breakfast from 8:30am) walking up and down the stairs, opening and closing their doors and speaking. The rooms and corridors have very loud echos and the sound isn’t muffled at all. I’m not sure much can be done about this because it’s the way the hotel is designed. I would strongly suggest ear plugs if you want to have a somewhat peaceful sleep or a lay in. Other guests mentioned noise in the street that’s loud. We arrived on Saturday, so we weren’t in our room in the evening at all, and came back late and it was quiet. Sunday morning was very quiet when we checked out at 10:30am.
